We've made it easy to buy a new home at Bedford Falls .

1) Reserve your new home: Your $500 refundable deposit and signed reservation agreement reserves the style of home and location of your choice at Bedford Falls .

2) Financing choices: If you will be financing your new home purchase, you will need to meet with your lender who will provide us with the information for your purchase agreement along with your pre-approval.

3) Schedule a purchase agreement appointment: Your Sales Consultant will schedule an appointment to take place within two weeks for you to sign the purchase agreement for your new home. You will receive the Master Deed, Condominium By-Laws and Condominium Handbook (when applicable). An additional $2,000 towards your down payment is due at this time.

4) Meet for an Interior Selections Appointment: Our Interior Designer will assist you in selecting the interior finishes and colors. You are welcome to visit the Design Center at your convenience, during regular business hours prior to this appointment to preview the choices available. Your selections will need to be complete within two weeks of the purchase agreement so we can begin or complete construction of your new home!

5) Viewing Your Home during Construction: For your safety, please contact the Sales Center if you would like to tour your home during construction so that we may schedule an appointment.

6) Moving In: Your Sales Consultant will provide information regarding timing of the construction of your new home as it is available. They will contact you to schedule a walk-through of your new home when it is completed. A closing date will be set and you will be able to move in!
